The Global Initiative on Ageing (GIA) is a new project conceived by a group of civic leaders from the city of Malaga (led by the Malaga City Council and CIFAL Malaga-UNITAR) in coordination with different institutions and United Nations projects, which has as part of its objectives to develop capacities throughout the world on issues related to ageing.
